My parents have a tree in their backyard that has these horrible pods that grow on it every year. When it becomes fall, they dry up and fall off all winter long. It's a mess and the kids think it's great fun to pick up the pods to earn $$ for treats from the dollar store. Now that we are going to Disneyland, the kids and I spent last Saturday picking up these pods. We had 2 trash cans full of them by the time we were done. It was hard work.

That last picture of them in the wheelbarrow is so cute. It doesn't sound like fun picking those up, but for Disneyland......I guess it is worth it.
